Arijeet recently graduated with a degree in finance and economics and is focused on turning his academic foundation into real-world impact. As an Advisor Apprentice at Leverage Planners, he’s learning the foundations of investment strategy, income planning, and portfolio protection—key areas he’s passionate about both professionally and personally.

His competitive mindset was sharpened through the CFA Challenge, where his team advanced to the regional level, and his early work experiences—including running a daycare—taught him the value of patience, adaptability, and leadership. Arijeet approaches every planning opportunity with curiosity, discipline, and a strong desire to help others build lasting financial security.

Outside of work, Arijeet enjoys lifting, cooking, reading, anime, and the occasional well-timed prank. He brings a thoughtful and grounded presence to the team, with a commitment to learning and growing in service of clients and their goals.
