Our Process: What Happens Next

Your Path with Leverage Planners

Thank you for taking the time to meet with us for your Trust & Respect conversation. We’re excited to begin building your retirement strategy together.

Below, you’ll find an overview of the next steps, what you can expect from our team, and how you can help us prepare the most accurate and thoughtful recommendations for your financial future.

Step 1: Complete Your Intake (Form or Call)

Why this matters:
Before your Strategy Meeting, we prepare your Situation Report (“SitRep”)—a clear, visual snapshot of your current financial picture. This report helps us have a productive and personalized conversation.

What you need to do:
✅ If you haven’t yet completed your intake, please do one of the following:

Your intake must be completed at least 2 business days before your Strategy Meeting to allow time for our team to prepare.

Step 2: We Build Your Situation Report (SitRep)

What happens next:
Once we have your intake details, our planning team will:

✅ Review your financial situation
✅ Identify risks, opportunities, and key decision points
✅ Create a visual SitRep that maps out where you stand today

This process happens behind the scenes before your Strategy Meeting so we’re fully prepared to walk you through it together.

Step 3: Strategy Meeting

60 Minutes | Seeing Where You Stand—and What’s Possible

This is where the planning conversation begins. We’ll present your SitRep, walk through what’s working, what might need attention, and what strategies we’d recommend moving forward.

What to expect:
✅ A walkthrough of your SitRep
✅ Discussion of key opportunities and priorities
✅ Preview of possible Retirement Leverage Plan (RLP) options

There’s no pressure—just education, clarity, and a better understanding of your retirement landscape.

Step 4: Decide to Move Forward

If you choose to move forward, we’ll formalize our engagement and begin preparing your full Retirement Leverage Plan (RLP).

✅ Confirm next steps with your advisor
✅ Schedule your Account Setup Meeting
✅ Begin gathering your supporting documents

This is when your document checklist becomes important. Documents are required before the Account Setup Meeting.

✅ Review of your final strategy and accounts
✅ Confirmation of allocations, timing, and next steps
✅ Completion of paperwork and custodial forms

Please make sure all required documents are submitted at least 2 business days before this meeting.

Step 6: Behind-the-Scenes Implementation

Once everything is confirmed, our team will begin putting your plan into action.

✅ Submit forms and coordinate with custodians
✅ Track progress and confirm key milestones
✅ Reach out if anything needs your attention

You’ll stay informed as each part of your plan comes together.

Step 7: Delivery & Onboarding Meeting

60 Minutes | Your Plan in Place, Your Team by Your Side

Now that your plan is fully in motion, we’ll walk through everything with you one more time to make sure you feel confident moving forward.
