Is an investment advisory relationship right for you?
There are different ways you can get help with your finances. You should carefully consider which type of account and service is right for your situation.
What investment services and advice can you provide me?
We offer:
Discretionary investment management: We manage your portfolio based on your goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon. You give us permission to make trades without asking each time.
Financial planning: We provide one-time or ongoing comprehensive planning on retirement, tax, insurance, healthcare, estate, and long-term care.
Educational seminars: These are provided free of charge for public education and are not personalized advice.
We primarily serve individuals and families. Most of our clients have investable assets of $100,000 or more, although minimums may be waived.
We review your accounts regularly—typically quarterly or as needed—and tailor services based on your specific goals and preferences.
Ask us: “How will you choose investments for me?”
Ask us: “What is your approach to planning around risk and taxes?”
Asset management: Up to 1.50% annually, billed monthly based on your average daily balance. This includes a shared fee structure where 1.00% goes to Leverage Planners and 0.50% to our sub-advisor, Triad Wealth Partners (TWP).
Financial planning: $250/hour, with fixed project quotes. 100% satisfaction guarantee—fees are refundable within 30 days if not satisfied.
Seminars: No cost to attend.
Other costs you may pay include custodial fees, mutual fund or ETF internal expenses, or transaction fees charged by your account custodian.
You will pay fees and costs whether you make or lose money.
Fees affect what you earn over time. Please ask us to explain what fees apply to you.
Ask us: “If I give you $100,000 to invest, how much will go to fees over time?”
We are fiduciaries. That means we are required to always act in your best interest and not put our own interest ahead of yours.
When we act as your investment adviser, we have to act in your best interest and put your interests ahead of ours.
Ask us: “How else do you earn money and what conflicts of interest do you have?”
No.
Neither our firm nor any of our investment adviser representatives has any legal or disciplinary disclosures.
